My brothers nickname was Stogie growing up. This quilt has pictures of him growing up through the years. On top you can see all his school pictures. He loves my quilts and hangs them all over his house. He always says, " I hope your working on a quilt for me." But I don't mind because I know he loves them...

Uncle Everett's 80th Birthday Quilt

I made this quilt for my Uncle's 80 th birthday. We celebrated in Las Vegas. He is an avid fisherman so I made sure to use a lot of fishing fabric.

McGarr Beach Quilt

We vacation in Destin Florida every year with my brothers family.
At the end of the trip we go down to the beach and take tons of pictures. Everyone is good sport about it. Every year I try to do different colors. This year it was a rainbow. I was able to use those bright rainbow beach fabrics that I love.

McGarr Christmas Quilt

We have had many years of happy Christmas's together. I made this quilt for my brothers family with all the favorite pictures, memories...I used Christmas fabrics and Christmas embellishments.

Baby Memorial Quilt

This quilt was made as a memorial to a friends baby that died after a few years old. She had a rare congenital defect. I used her actual baby clothes in the quilt along with favorite pictures and sayings.

Jason's Graduation Quilt

My nephew Jason Graduated from Georgia Tech. I made a quilt for him using Georgia Tech fabric and colors. The centerpiece is his graduation picture.

Aunt Violet's Quilt

This quilt was made for my Aunt Violet's 80 th birthday. I found violet fabric for the borders and pictures of her through the years.

Thank You Quilt

Last year I had surgery twice. My friends from work were wonderful to me. I made this quilt to thank them. I used work Logo's and the word excellent a lot. Medical themed fabric and of course pictures of all my co-workers. It is hung in the lobby of our facility.
